As always - any help is greatly appreciated!
The screen on my MPB, at odd times, will suddenly go VERY DIM - in addition, I can see black areas at the bottom, as if, half the lights have gone out and the others stay on
In the few times this has happened, I just close the shell, let it sleep for a minute, and then everything is back to normal - that said, I'm really hoping there isn't a bigger problem here
For helps sake, I'm attaching a pic of what the screen looks like when it goes dim, as I've described --- and when it goes dim, messing with the 'dimming' buttons makes no difference
Lastly - I have a 17 MBP - Core 7 - 2.66 ghz - 8 gigs - 512 ssd
