Help with wi-fi connection

Hi all

I was wondering if anyone can help me, I live in the UK & my home broadband is with BT, which means that I get free access to something like 2 million free wi-fi hotspots in the UK. It's fantastic!!!

However when I leave the house it connects to one of these, but stays connected when I come home so I have to manually connect to my wi-fi at home to get a much faster connection.

I was wondering if there is a way to make it recognise my home one & connect automatically??

mine just asks me when it finds new wi fi locations. It should try to lock onto the strongest one I think. try turning off then on again?
