help with Xcode installation !!! please !

I downloaded Xcode 4.1 on os x Lion and at about 70% of the installation process it pops-up a message, which says " Quit iTunes " ,but iTunes is closed and the install won't start until i solve this problem !

please HELP !!!

please HELP !!!

Open Activity Monitor and find the process labeled "iTunes helper". Quit that process and the install will continue automatically.
