My friend registered my iPhone 4 UDID under his developer account and I was running iOS 5 beta. I got a 4S today and I'm trying to give my iPhone 4 to my wife. I erased all the data on the phone as I planned to restore from a backup of her old iPhone, however all it will do now is tell me that the activation cannot be completed because the device is not registered as part of the developer program. How do I get this phone back to just being a regular consumer iPhone?
