So I was getting really crappy battery life with beta 2 so I decided to downgrade to 7.0.4 well now my phone is [messed] up! I can't sync anything because my other file is this big: so now I can't sync anything :'( I have no idea how to fix it and I've been tearing my hair out for the past hour trying to do different forms of restores and nothing is working.

The other storage happens mostly when you have a failed iTunes sync/ it was interrupted. Just restore the device again or do a hard reset.

Thanks neither of those options worked :( maybe I got a bad file for 7.0.4

Okay nothing is loaded on the phone I booted phone clean and it says it'll only clear 1.2kbs from the phone but then I can't even do that unless I pay.

Yea then I restored to 7.0.4 via option restore in iTunes that's when the problem started :(

These are my suggestions.
  1. 1 Hard reset your iPhone. Hold both the Sleep/Wake and home button for at least 10 seconds until you see the Apple logo.

  2. 2 Try a DFU restore again. I know you did it already but just to be sure.
  3. 3 Download DiskAid, once DiskAid is installed I will walk you through.

DFU mode, I don't know what was going on the first time that I tried but atleast it worked the second time.
