Hello

During a backup operation i lost some of my photos. I tried to move them from image manager (All photos) to a dropbox folder. During the operation (i cut the entire images and then i past them in to dropbox folder) the PC alerts me that there is no enough space. I clicked OK and the he tried to put back the images, but he crashed. After reboot in my photo manager i found no photo. Where can i found them? The used space disk it is the same, so they must be somewhere...

Please help

Might try rebooting you device and see if they come back. If not you might be out of luck.

I do backups via the cloud but also once a month do a full backup to my computer via iTunes.

Hello

I rebooted the damn computer and there are no photos. Use to work like that, now it is not...

The photos are likely still there, but you may need some recovery software or professional help. When you did a move operation, the files were deleted from your Mac. However, deleting a file really just removes the links to the file and marks the space on the disk as free. Unless you've overwritten the that space with new data, the lost files can likely be recovered. I salvaged an entire set of photos from an SD card that was accidentlly reinitialized a few years ago, and recovered some files from other Unix systems. I'm not as familiar with OSX yet (still waiting for my first MacBook to ship) but there should be software available. A data recovery specialist might be your best bet, but they do cost a bit for their services.
