HELP.

I managed to delete the internal disk utility drive and when I restarted-- a blinking envelope with a question mark is shown.i then restarted again and pressed command and R and it says internet recovery and a few seconds later--- it says contact apple support. please please please help me.

Try holding command-option-r (all three any once) to get to Internet recovery. Once you select your wifi you should see a spinning globe while the recovery utility downloads. Once that is done you can use Disk Utility to format your disk then install the OS.
