Can sombobody please help me? I have a damaged .sitx document on my HD. When I try to delete it, I´m told that the file is being used by another task, and I´m therefore unable to delete it. How do I solve this?

bah

if you log in as the root user you can deleate basically anything you want.

BE VERY CAREFUL IN ROOT USER MODE - email me if you need more info - you can f up your system and have to reinstall.

If you restart, generally all tasks are stopped like that if it is actually being used. Otherwise, just go into the terminal and "sudo rm -rf <drag file here>" and shove in your password and you're set.
