I just ordered a PB from apple with the free hp printer (5150). The printer just arrived and it says it includes the color cartrigde but it's not there. I have the black ink cartridge but no color. What should i do?

Politely asked that they arrange to have the items shipped to you.

Politely ask that they ship the items to you. There should be a phone number in the printer manual. You could also find a phone number or an e-mail address on the company's Web site.

Hint: Next time you have a question, use a thread title that is more specific. That way, more members will know what it is about and will be inclined to read it and give you advice. And members who don't have advice for you won't have to bother reading it if they aren't interested.
