Helpdesk Ticketing Software Online

Hello,

I'm currently looking for a Helpdesk Ticketing Software, something like Spiceworks. However, i need it too be totally hosted online.

This is because the people who will be accessing, it are from all over the UK.

Does anyone know of any FREE software that does this?

I don't know which is the best though. I haven't had much need for an online help-desk.
