I just upgraded to Catalina and the first thing I saw when my computer booted up was the error message attached, which says:

"helpermcp.app" will damage your computer. You should move it to the Trash. This file was downloaded on an unknown date.

I select move to trash, but the error message reappears within seconds. I've looked for the app in activity monitor and have not found it. I searched for the app using Spotlight but I can't figure out how to find the location of the file, just the fact that it exists.

Any help you can give me will be greatly appreciated--this is greatly diminishing my enjoyment of the new OS!!!
