Hi all, my mom just took advantage of the free iPhone 4 since she has an upgrade with Sprint. For reference, she is upgrading from a Palm Pixi and has a Macbook (the white one) and also uses an iMac. So she's kind of mac-savvy but didn't even know what folders were or how to utilize them until I noticed a few weeks ago that she had hundreds of unorganized files on her desktop stacked up on top of each other....
With that said, I live in a different city so I can't help her use her new phone one-on-one so I'd like to send her some helpful internet links. I've sent her the PDF of the full Apple manual but to be honest she'll probably be overwhelmed by it. Can anyone recommend some good "for dummies" videos and articles? She is particularly interested in managing her contacts and downloading apps, basic stuff. I have already googled but failed to come up with anything good, so I thought I might ask you guys. I know the OS is pretty fool-proof but she has Nurse-brain and needs some extra help.
