HELPPP!! - 23.98 sequence needs to be 29.98 - HOW TO?

So I had a correct sequence in 29.98, then had a new sequence and edited and got it just the way I wanted. I realized when I was finished that the sequence is 23.98, and all my footage is 29.98! So it looks quite choppy.

I created a new sequence in 29.98 and copied and pasted the 23.98 into it and you guessed it, nothing is right. All the clips are longer, gaps between clips, soundtrack is off to edit points, etc.

So, is there an easy way, or what would be the right way is more like it, to get my footage back to correct 29.98 without having to re-edit it?
