Ok so my iPod has been jail broken for about 3 months now and i have never had any problems with it until i installed the snap shot app and i turn it on it goes crazy

Do you even know what bricked means? You don't describe whats happening either...

ok when i start up the iPod the apple appears like always but then starts flashing white and black lines...
its fine now... i just rebooted it about 5 times then i uninstalled the app
i would have done it via ssh but it wouldn't start up all the way
