Hermes Band Does the Buckle go on Top or Bottom?

Hi

Getting my first Hermes watch. My watch will arrive tomorrow. I have had an AW since 2019, but never a Hermes band.

I wear my watch on the left. Crown at the Top. Does the part of the strap with the buckle go on the top or bottom? Single Tour and Jumping bands.

Interesting question...
Usually it goes top. Wearing it that way, you see "Hermès" on the buckle. The other way you show "Hermès" to others. It works both ways. Closing the band is easier buckle top - at least for me.
