Hey geeks, how do Siri and Siri Proxy work?

I set up my iPhone to use Charles on my Mac as a proxy server. I can see some details about the request to guzzoni.apple.com. In the details screen, I see a bunch of funky characters. Can anyone tell me what they are?

That's just probably the Siri data.
