I bought 3.5mm Video AV TV Composite Cable
here is the picture:

I connected my iphone 4 into the tv with this cable but nothing comes up
help?

That looks like the old iPod AV cable. Needless to say, it won't work on any iPhone for video out.

eBay titles can be very misleading. Some sellers basically 'tag' as many popular products as they can to get hits.

contact the seller they are either wrong or misleading if the won't reimburse try filing a claim with either ebay or paypal.

Only audio comes out of the top headphone jack. Video would come out of the connector dock. Check places like monoprice for legit cables.
