The specs (found on another site) list it's native resolution as 1280x720. So as long as you are happy with that (and are able to sit quite a long way back as that's pretty low res for a computer display that big) it'll be OK.

hey,

so if native resolution is 1280x720 can it still have a higher resolution it'll just wont look as good since its not the native resolution? thanks
 
it says it's 1080i which means 1920x1200, but i'd check the manufacturer, and the native res is the highest res you can do.

If only things were so simple. Specs are here. As you can see it is a 1280x720 (i.e. 720p) panel. It may well accept 1080i signals but it will just downsample them to 720p to display.

As this is an LCD you cannot run at higher resolution that it's native one.
