It just suddenly stopped vibrating. In games, when I turn on silent mode, when I plug it into the dock.

It's the original iPhone. I'm still under contract with AT&T. Will Apple do anything about this if I take it in?

The key is when you bought it. Apple will replace it if it is within the first year. If you bought Apple Care before the first year passed, they will take care of you for two years. Otherwise, you will have to pay to have it repaired, either by Apple or a third party.

It just suddenly working again. *shrug*

As long as it continues working until I upgrade this June or whenever the new iPhone comes out. Wouldn't want it to lose value!
