Hey Siri only active when using Driving Focus?

Quick question for you all in case I'm being stupid. Is it possible to have a dedicated setting for Siri for a certain focus?

Basically I want "Hey Siri" to be active when my iPhone is set to the Driving Focus and to be disabled for all other focus states.

Is this possible?
