iPhone 11 Pro Max "Hey Siri" + Photos

Good Day,
Since upgrading to my new iphone 13 I can't use "hey siri" to browse through my photos. If I say "hey siri, show me photos from April" It wants to show me photos from the internet. Is there a way to fix this?
