I really enjoy the hey siri function even though it doesn't always react to my voice or work. However for the text function it's a bit flawed. If I'm using hey siri for texts sometimes, it means I probably don't have both hands free. So the fact that I still have to hit send manually is a bit illogical. Shouldn't it just have a function like speak send to send? Like on the iPhone?

Yep it sucks. But good news is you can get around it by saying "hey siri, ok" for fully hands free operation. This also works for things like adding reminders. It's inelegant but effective until they get something better

It's a little clumsy, but you can use Hey Siri to dictate a message and then say "Hey Siri send this message" and it will work without you touching it.

Oh nice! Thanks guys! Yeah I can understand they may be limiting the hearing so that battery life isn't impacted but at the same time the watch is always listening for Hey Siri.

Which by the way doesn't always work :p
