hey would this work for the new video connector to get HDMI video on the new Macs?

i was wondering if a Mini-DVI to HDMI Adapter would work to get video out on the new macbooks onto my HDTV. I understand that audio will not run through the cable.

Being it's only $10 its worth a shot.

I hooked up a tv/surround sound system for a couple a while back and they had a DVI to HDMI cable that the satellite guy told them to use.

It could be their tv, or the cable, but the tv looks like crap to me. But they love it. They were happy when i left, and i was happy when i left because i got paid.
