Woke up this morning to see my screen messed up, so I thought I had a GPU issue.

Well it turns out one my drives died, so I ordered a new drive. Anyways I've been getting these errors:
"HFS: Runtime corruption detected on Macintosh HD, fsck will be forced on next mount."

Also every preference I've set has been cleared along with my display color profiles, resolution settings, sound settings, and start up items.'

I've since shutdown my machine, so to avoid further damage.

Will this go away when my array is back online (with a replaced drive) or should I restore my drive from backup?

TIA.
