Hhheeeelllppp!!!

My friend sent me an email with a link to a blog. I didn't press the link, instead I just typed the URL in. It then proceeded to tell me that the blog was no longer available. I then tried to login to my email(Comcast) and send some more emails. Now every time I try to login it takes me to pricegrabber.com for some reason.
I have tried both Safari and Firefox and have no luck. This problem only occurs on Comcast, so far.
I also thought Macs didnt get viruses, but i dont know this may not be a virus.

Any help would be great.

First, it's not a virus, since none exist that run on current Mac OS X.

Check your DNS settings:
System Preferences > Network > yournetwork > Advanced > DNS
What numbers do you show for DNS servers?

I simply restarted my computer and my email works. But should i still be worried or am i good?

You should be fine I wouldnt worry to much about this issue.
