hi all, im new to the site and i am wondering if anyone could help me? my problem is my girlfriends friends screen had smashed on her iphone 3g, and i have replaced these before so said i would fix it as a favour, now the part came and all was going well untill i broke off j2 on the motherboard, knightmare!!!!!!!! now i have an old 3g that is locked on a different carrier, is there anyway of swapping the flash ic to get over this and also she can keep all her stuff without me wiping it? she doesnt know ive broken it yet eeeek!!! im going to tell her tomorow. Am i best just buying a new logic/motherboard or can i replace it with my old one, cant seem to find motherboards anywhere? if anyone could help then i would be very appreciative, thankyou. craig.
