Hi,

I would like to keep my apple ID and start using my new iPhone 5C!

The thing is that I am attached to an Apple ID in one country,
(country A), while I have bought an iPhone in another country,
(country B). I plan to use the iPhone at first in country A and
after some months in country B. My applications would be bought
from the Apple Store in country A. I already have an account that
I used with another iPhone.

The iPhone 5C is already charged. It is flashing welcoming "Hello"
messages in different languages. I have an Apple ID attached
to my bank account from country A, but I can't access that account
because I forgot my password and I can't create a new one until
I update my OS X that is currently 10.6.8 (Supposedly, Apple does
not allow for password retrieval until OS X is updated; also because
I haven't updated Wifi in my MBP does not work, and the password
keychain is blocked. This means I can't type in my current password:

I would like to see if it is possible put this iPhone 5C in 'iPod' mode
so that I can start using it. But I don't know how.

I wonder as well if I have to use the 'pwn tool' so that the iPhone
is free to be used with any carrier in country A or B.

Thank you in advance, kind regards,
