hi mates! need help for the mac icon changes.

i wanted to change my HDD's (or other files) icon form the general icon to the other icon i wanted.. but it ended up like this

how come?

Cos you're doing it the wrong way. Click on the icon circled in the picture, tap the command + c (for copy), click on the folder you want to change, tap command + v (for paste) and you're done.
