Well I am trying to fix my Macbook laptop from 2007. It's white. Anyway, I tried to install Lion OSX and then I get to the user Id and password and then it states "This apple ID has not been used in app store." Well I emailed Apple support and they told me to set up my Apple ID. I already input all the information. But I still get that message. Any advice? Thanks.

I did what you said. Now when I try to sign in to the apple store it states "This item is temporarily unavailable. Try again later." What should I do? Thanks.

Also I cannot press Command Option R my computer just shuts down. It does not go into Internet Recovery Mode. I tried erasing the Macbook too from Utilities. Thanks.

I also don't have a serial number because it is a used computer. So I can't ask Apple support for help.

If your MacBook is truly a 2007 MacBook, internet recovery is NOT available to you, it is too old. Internet recovery cannot work on any Mac older than 2010.
So, Option-Command-R does nothing on a 2007 MacBook (and you might be getting a shutdown because of a hardware failure of some kind --- maybe the hard drive is failing.

If you remove the battery, you should see a label inside that battery compartment with the serial number.
If the label inside the battery compartment is missing - can you boot to the Macbook at all? Then you can find the serial number in About This Mac, under the Apple menu. Serial Number should be listed on that information window.
AND -- Apple support won't help you, other than very basic questions, as a 2007 Macbook is considered obsolete.
