Hi need help with iphoto for tiger 10.4.11

Hi ime trying to move files from a imac 10.3.9 to a imac 10.4.11 but didnt realize the newer comp 10.4.11 dosent have iphoto on it ... i would like help on how to have iphoto on there ( what iphoto version touse ) and because of some old files would like to run 9.2 os on there too i would like help with that .... thks in advance for the help JEFF
