iPhone 11 Pro Hi Res Cable

Fairly simple. I want to connect an iPhone 11 Pro to a USB Type-B DAC to play the coming Hi-Res music.
I would also like to be able to connect a power cable so the battery doesn't die.
Which would be the best cable and/or adapter?
