Hi Res on iPad?

Recently bought a iPad 10, trying to get audio quality to 24/192 but the audio tab is not there. Research on line indicates that this is a problem for many others. Is it hardware, software or limitation on an Apple device? Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

Play lossless audio in Music on iPad

On iPad, you can play and download lossless music.

Ipados has very weak read missing audio and midi management. The only setting for audio is sounds lol and some in accessibility
