Just short of the resolution, how is/are the screens in the hi-res 15" compared to the standard res 15" screen ?

Been googling and can't seem to find a definitive answer on whether they are *just the same screen - just higher res* or there is quantifiable differences, brightness, etc.

the high res screen has more pixels

I've never read anything about discernible color differences, if that's what you are asking. It seems they are identical quality.. unfortunately neither are IPS

I have to do some more ~googling~ or searching but I read a interesting thread response while back someone stating that the screen coloration on the MBA was not as good as the MBP, and the 13" screen on the MBP was of ~lesser~ quality than the 15". I'm not talking about resolution-pixels on this note...

FWIW, I'm interested in the hi-res screen but just wanted to know the ~facts~ on the screen specs vs the latter.
