iPod touch Hi [Viber issues]

I have the viber application on my ipod touch and it was working very well
Yesterday my brother called me on viber from canada. He couldn't hear me .. But i heard him.i ended the call and i tried to send him a free text on viber .. Also i was not sent. I deleted the viber and re installed it .i was trying to put my phone number so i will recieve the pass code in a message. But it didn't work. It keeps giving me : no connectivity .. And the internet connection that im using is really strong!
Plz i really need ur help .. Plzzzz

You would probably get a better response if you give your thread a more significant title, but it seems that Viber is causing issues for many over the last few weeks...Some more information:
