HID Device RFID reader not working

I own a simple HID device that emulates a keyboard, that reads RFID tags.

Sadly its working on linux/win, states it supposed to work on mac os x, but its not working?

I am attaching a image with my system report, any idea and ways to find out about how to make it work, will be appreciated.
