Hidden Apple Pay Settings

Sorry, should have said that. I have 8.1 I can't seem to find it anywhere. The closest I have found was I can add credit cards in safari but that was there on 8.0 too, maybe even before that

Pay hasn't been enabled.
I saw that but can't find it. I'm On 8.1 and have looked through nearly all the settings.
OP wants to know how to access the hidden settings. Obviously it isn't visible right now in 8.1, but someone uncovered them. How do you access them?

if you want apple pay wait till beta three and you may be able to use it. it should start working in 2 or 3 weekz from now with an update
