Hidden Attachments problem in office 2011

Hi All,

I just installed office 2011 on Mavericks OS and import my pop mails from .pst file.

All the imported mails well and contain attachments, but when i receive new mails, the messages contain only the text without any attachments in spite of the same mail show the attachment if i open it by browser or outlook of windows.

Any solution for that will be very appreciated.

Have you selected to partially download messages in your account settings?

Open Account
Click on Advanced tab > Server
Do you have "download headers only" selected?

I did not select "download headers only".

also I tried to check and uncheck these options but nothing happen in both cases.

Has the sync process fully finished? Outlook tends to download attachments after the mail has downloaded for me.
