That's very cool. I love stories like that, like my dad's friends bought an old Victorian house and they were going to knock through a closet to connect a hallway to their bedroom. When they took out the rear wall, there was a staircase behind it leading up to a secret second floor.

That is great that they will be able to save Isambard Kingdom Brunel bridge. It's lucky that it was discovered under the brick prior to demolition. History should be preserved when possible. Once its gone, then it is gone forever.
