iPhone Hidden "Cellular" settings?

I have iOS 9 on my iPhone 5. I searched for "cellular" in Settings and see a few settings that that aren't there when I tap on them e.g. iPhone Cellular Calls, Maildrop over Cellular, High Quality Music on Cellular (pic attached). Anyone else see the same thing? Are these not supported on the iPhone 5?
