Hidden email addresses in Entourage?

Hey - hopefully someone knows how I can get rid of hidden email addresses in entourage. I noticed them when I went to select an address from the quick menu. See PDF - the first address I have in my address book - the next two I never entered nor can I find them to delete them - Help Please :p

I have noticed that myself, just have been ignoring it. Figured that it was preprogramed my Microsoft. I will be interested also to see if there is a way to remove those addresses that are not needed.
 
What is happening too is I am getting an obscene amount of junk mail - no matter what I do I can't get rid of it all. I think the addreses embedded in my entourage are to blame for this! :eek:
