I was on a FaceTime call and when I switched my camera from the selfie camera view to the main camera view I was surprised to see that we now have the ability to switch between all three main cameras.

It appears that it’s not just for my 14 Pro Max as it also appears on my old 13 Pro Max as well.

Haven’t seen this mentioned anywhere by anyone.

I think that's what Apple is describing here, so maybe not really a hidden feature after all:

Change FaceTime video settings on iPhone

During a FaceTime call on iPhone, turn Portrait mode on or off, switch to the rear camera, or turn your camera on or off.
