I've noticed a few more that blogs didn't mention.

-all apps (that support it) are always on the fast switch state even if you click on them through the home screen, not just from the double home button screen. Ironically this makes loading up apps noticably faster for iphone 3g owners (who can only get this feature through jb).

-Podcast info actually displays now. Took them 3 years to get this working =P
 
That little purple arrow next to the battery in certain apps. Is that location content or what?

Yes. If you allow location services and it is on, this will display. If you turn it off, this will go away. Instant notice when location is being used supposedly. I tried with the Apple Store app.
 
Hold down your finger a little longer than normal when clicking a link and an option to open in a new page or same page will open up. (I think this is new)
