I have no clue why my hard drive is full or where to delete files??

How can i seek or get more space again. Time machine is disable

To find out, where you storage capacity is being used, you can use the following free applications:
Maybe try a combination of several, if you still can't find the "missing" capacity.

If the above do not help, and even though your TM is disabled, have a look at this:
