List your top 3 favorite Apps that others may not know about (ie: do not post, ANGRY BIRDS!1111!). A brief description would also be great.

Mine:
  1. Hailo - Calls a London Cab to your current location
  2. Pimp My Screen - Gives me some neat "customization" without jail breaking
  3. Video Downloader Lite - Allows me to preload Youtube videos for later use.

Moodadgent puts together playlist seamlessly based on the criteria you offer the app.

Voice Answer is a newer app that is a kick to mess around with. Like having a conversation with SIRI. I'd imagine it is especially useful on the iPhone4.

Cortex Cam Take one hundred photos and turns it into a single photo.
Sharper photos as a result of it with film like quality.

Looked for Cortex Cam but couldn't find it. Here's my 3

1 - Frameographer - Fun for making little stop motion or time-lapse videos
2 - Flipboard - less cluttered way to navigate Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr... in a clean newspaper-like way.
3 - Photosynth - Stitch together shot after shot into one complete panorama/360 like image. I've taken 360x360 shots of a room before and it's almost as if the Google Street View camera did it. (Microsoft made this!)

1 - Drummer - lets you play over your MP3s adding your own unique sound to your favorite songs
2 - 101 Pick Up Lines - It's fun cheesy lines
3 - Fruit Ninja - Very addicting game

That is strange. I also looked for it and apparently it's been pulled. I almost didn't purchase it as the price was $2.99 but I like camera apps and this one sounded appealing.
It's now my favorite as the photos are super sharp and all hints of granular surfaces are gone.

Here is where I originally spotted it being offered:
