Okay, this is Windowsesque behavior, and I do not feel that I have to take it. From time to time, I see the Adobe Updater appear in my Dock for a few seconds and then disappear. When I go to my Applications folder, I find that Adobe Help Viewer 1.0 has installed itself, as well as Adobe Updater having reinstalled all of its files in various places on my Mac. This has happened so often that when I see it occur, I immediately think, "Oh, no you don't!" and proceed to again delete all of the errant files. My questions: WHY DOES THIS HAPPEN, and HOW CAN I STOP IT?

Thanks,
Skil
