Hidden space stories... [Solved]

Hello,

I realized tonight by chance that I didn't have much space left on my MBP M1 (512go).

I checked with my favorite utility to check how files are taking space on my system (Daisy Disk) and I realize with horror that I have >140GB used (for nothing in my opinion).

I get this:

By doing the same test on my iMac (hdd is 1TB), I have 17Gb occupied (which I find already more reasonable and perfectly acceptable)

With MacOS Disk tool I get this :

I tried the classic stuff:
- go to safe mode and do a disk scan
- delete Time Machine snapshots
- I even ran the OnyX script
script, all without success.

For those who know, I also took a look with OmniDiskSweeper.
I don't know if it's normal but it doesn't count the same disk space as MacOS

So, I have no idea where this space is coming from and I'm wondering if it's not a joke of iCloud that takes on the hard disk ...

If you have an idea to diagnose, or hypothesis to share, I'll be glad to read them.

The volume /dev/rdisk3s5 turns out to be damaged and needs to be repaired.
Checking the allocated space.
Deferred repairs are running.
The /dev/rdisk3s5 volume appears to be in good condition.
The output code of the file system check is 0.
Restoration of the original state: mounted.

I never saw before message telling that "Deferred repairs are running". Does it mean it works in background ?

This is one of the snapshots that seems to be the cause of the problem.
So I listed them:

I was only able to delete the Time Machine on, not the others that are created and used by Synology Active Backup. That's maybe possible to manually delete them but not with then regular commands (the TM ones)

As I couldn't find the command to delete these snapshots, I thought that uninstalling Synology Active Backup would take its snapshots with it ... that have run its own script and it worked!
