Recently unjailbroke to update to iOS 8.3. In the process, I lost my internet tethering client. I have unlimited data with Verizon, so personal hotspot is not included in the plan. Anyone know if there are any hidden tethering apps on the App Store at the moment? Thanks!

Since all data is transmitted through ISP devices, it is possible that such apps will be banned from app store. However, apps may be installed from other developers, even without jailbreak.
To be honest, if your ISP can register your device with one-time payment for personal hotspot, I suggest you use this way to share your internet connection.
