I have a hidden widget playing a stream that I used for E3. I used the "Open in Dashboard" feature, closed the widget, but it's playing somewhere. I tried deactivating and reactivating Dashboard via Terminal, but that didn't work. Any suggestions?

If you click the dashboard button, then click the + in the bottom left corner then click manage widgets. That shows all the widgets which are on your mac and you should be able to get rid of them.

I tried that, no luck. The widget is actually running in the background somewhere and the music won't stop. It's actually kind of weird.

I tried quitting in Activity Monitor, as well. The music in the hidden widget stops playing, but then as soon as Dashboard starts up again, the music begins playing. I can't seem to figure this out!

Edit: Got it! I unchecked and checked "Web Clip" in the widget manager within Dashboard. Thanks for the help!
