Has anyone managed to get this to work on iPad? Works fine on my iPhone but I'm not sure how to activate it on my iPad.

+1 for this, and for the record I understand what Bitten means perfectly. This glorious sounding hidden SBSettings tweak for ios7 floating around only works for iPhone, I guess. It seems it would be as simple as adding the button for the iPad-based controlcenter layout, but maybe not.
I'll hope for it soon; I'd love to re-enable blur effects on my iPad 3.

My iPad 3 looks ugly without blur effects, and those "hidden settings" May fix that. Maybe we can just edit a plots with iFile to enable the blur but I have had no success finding it, if a plist exists that will work.
