Is there a way to hide apps from pesky siblings... so far the best I've come up with was making a folder and dragging it to the second screen within it, but that was soon discovered....

and yes, I googled it but all I found was how to glitch it into hiding them which isn't what I want...

Why not put a pass code on the iPad?

If you can, you can jailbreak it and use an app called AppLocker.

Otherwise, I advise not letting your siblings use your iPad.

I suggest jailbreaking and installing AppLocker, Lockdown or any of the other alternatives to lock apps. There are many free options as well.

I'm not real big on jailbreaking...

Is the iPad yours or is it supposed to be shared by everyone?

Is some one always looking over your shoulder when you enter the pass code?
What apps are you trying to hide?

It's mine. It's basically to hide games because if they know a game is on there, they constantly pester me to let them play it... the only way to make them stop is let them look through my iPad to "make sure" there really aren't any games. I was just hoping I could one-up them. :) Guess I'll have to do it the old-fashioned way though and just tell them to cut it out.

Sounds like the way to go :)

My nephew tries this with me. Just say NO! :p
